Paint, paint and more paint!

Ok...slowly but surely I'm kinda getting there. The pen is a bit further on, mainly lack of funds and the eminent arrival of a certain red suited grey haired person in a few months has curtailed my antics! I've started to 'interior' design the shed, I'm using wood from pallets to insulate it and I'm planning to paint the walls and roof white, and the animal 'kennels' cuprinol shades sea grass or maybe lemon. I was also going to get a few perspex panels to insert into the roof to make it brighter. I'm also hoping to make a small pigeon coop and get a pair of breeding pigeons! Does anyone have any tips for painting the animal areas and has anyone used cuprinol shades recently? Thanks
