I have a young roo I've noticed his comb is more pale than his normal rose comb, and is acting lethargic. It was really warm the past week so at first I thought maybe he was over heated but the past couple of days it's cooled down alot. I've now witnessed this mucousy poop and I'm now thinking it's something worse... I'm new to chickens and I just want the best life for them. Note he lives with his two brothers or what we think are two boys and they haven't acted any different

He sounds like he's severely dehydrated, you should consider giving him some electrolytes or rooster booster in his water. And take some time to make observations of his condition.

Yes Im adding electrolytes to their Watter tonight. I usually try to add when I know we are in for a hot day or two with some frozen melon. Thank you I'll be checking on him more frequently
