Pale Comb and Bumble foot?

I have a hen with a swollen foot, and yes, there is what looks like a scab. She decided to isolate herself by staying in the dog run the flock sleeps in. I noticed that her comb has gone pale. Is that normal with bumble foot? I'm worried because the last time I had hens isolate, they died from cocci or Marek's. I got her and another pullet at the same time last year, probably three months old, and they are now 1 + year old so I figure they've dodged the Marek's at this point (fingers crossed).

Yesterday I gave her an injection of Pro-Pen G, and I have been drenching her with Amprolium (10 mg/day) since I have a milligram scale and could measure out the right amount to make a drench. She did have loose stools and with the pale comb I was worried it was cocci since the ones that died had pale combs last year. I was just worried she wouldn't drink enough on her own, so I made the drench.. Tonight I gave her hard-boiled egg and she ate that heartily, so that makes me feel better.

So now, to lance the foot, remove the scab? I do have lidocaine, from a friend who works in a hospital (long story ).

Thoughts on what to do? Should I drench her with B-Complex, too, and if so how much for a chicken/ I've got Tylan 50 if that would be better than the Pen-G

Firstly-DO NOT USE LIDOCAINE or any caine or cane for that matter.

I saw a thread recently on bumble foot that had excellent step by step pictures, and one for an impacted crud ball also. Will try andfind it and post a link when i am not on my phone.
