Thankyou, I checked under her wings and neck for mites or lice and i didn’t see any, should I get some of the permethrin garden dust and use it on her just incase? (It was the first time I’ve checked for lice and mitesHens can normally have pale dry combs and faces in winter when they are nit laying eggs. But she has white material around her eyes and on her face. The picture is not very clear, so hard to know if that might be the start of favus, a fungal infection, or scaly face mites. I would look her over for mites and lice on her skin around her head and neck and under her belly and wings. Mites can cause anemia if not treated. If you see evidence of mites or lice, get some permethrin garden dust and treat her skin every 7 days until they are gone. For favus, miconozole or clotrimazole creams can be applied. For face mites, vaseline can be applied. Some chopped beef lived might be good for her if she is anemic.
