Pale comb and wattles what could be the reason anyone?

Their coop it out side it's not easy to take that in. They are indoors so they are in this cage. This cage is almost 5 feet by 3 feet.
 
They both had blood red combs and wattles. But within two weeks it started getting paler.

I suspect that they might have coccidiosis. Or sinusitis. As one of those hens had coccidiosis in December.

But they fondo lay eggs while going through coccidiosis.
 
They are going to have anemia I guess. But I am not.

I am living in Pakistan. And here we are going through harsh summer s. Tosfs it was around 42 degrees. They are panting a lot.

Indoors temperature is 32 degrees.
