10 month old Wyandotte has pale comb and just standing staring. Poop was watery. She is eating and drinking. Checked for mites/lice but not really sure what I am looking for. Didn't notice anything different. She often has a messy bum. I just cleaned that up yesterday. She is the one that is often is picked on but I don't think there is any unusual stress. I brought her into porch by herself.

When was her last egg?

If she's picked on a lot, then she may be being kept from feed. See that she's eating well and drinking. Electrolytes for a day won't hurt.
Look through her feathers for bugs, see the link below.

Check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Thanks for your response.. Dont know when last egg was because I don't always know who lays. Today she is looking better. Gave her electrolytes last night and this a.m. Comb still isn't red but better. Poop was not runny from last night. We do make sure she gets food because the others do make her wait to eat. She still isn't moving much but it might be because she is in our porch. Checked for mites and did not see anything moving around vent. Wondering if she should stay in here today or go with others. I worry that she will get picked on more when brought back if kept away too long.

Yes, it's a concern keeping her separated out, if she's low in pecking order it will be harder on her to go back with the flock after a day or two.
If you feel she's fit enough, then put her back with the flock and monitor her close throughout the day.

Adding at least another food/water station can sometimes be very helpful in insuring that everyone is getting to eat. If you have enough room and a lot of birds, then several feed stations may be a practical solution.
