pale combs and wierd eyes

I have a small flock of 8 and they are being treated for coughing and wheezing with duramicen 10. So far so good. My question is my barred rock has a almost white its so pale comb, and one of my BCMaran pullets has one eye that looks weird. Its got snot like stuff in it. The BR is laying and all the other birds look fine they are just coughing and wheezing. Will the antibiotic cover all of this? Also, are the comb and eyes issues something else are could they just be effects of the same sickness that all the other birds have? If not an answer does someone have a link that would help? I want to educate myself all I can.

In my experience, pale combs is a sign that the bird in not well.

Also, check them for lice/mites, especially your Barred Rock.

Yeah ok. They have a dust bath that has alot of DE in it. They use it alot. What else can I do? For the mites
