Pale, dry comb and falling over chicken

Hey all! I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with one of my girls. She’s been acting a little funny for a few weeks, but still eats, drinks and moves around. Her back feathers don’t look great and her skin and comb are dry but she does also have new feathers coming in. I’ve checked for mites and lice and don’t see anything and she’s the only one acting funny. She also has been falling forward a bit and prefers to sit. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on? She’s 27 weeks old, doesn’t free range, and was vaccinated before we got her from Cackle.

What do you feed, including treats?
Can you post a photo of her poop?

The feathers on the back look like they are being picked at. Watch to see if she's picking at herself or if another pullet or two are doing it. It may be during roosting, so try to watch then too.

She has some slight abrasions to the comb, so she may be being bullied a bit. Watch to see if she's getting to food/water and eating or being kept away. If being kept away, add another food/water station if possible.

Her comb is a bit dry looking. If you wish, apply a little A+D ointment to the comb.

Falling forward is a concern. I'd consider giving her vitamin therapy to see if this helps. Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg for the uptake of E.
