Sylvie is a 1.5 year old Silver Laced Wyandotte, and for several reasons has been living with another flock for about 3 weeks. I picked her up today and noticed two things. First, her wattles are shrivled and feel thick at the top, like a swollen gland. She is also pale around her wattles and ears. Is this stress? Dehydration? Mites? Something else?

Second, I noticed that her legs looked a little rough. I have looked at pics online, but cannot decide if the has mites, or if she just has normal wear and tear.

Thank you for any and all help you can give me. Xoxo

I think the legs look fine, I can't see any raised scales, but keep an eye out. The face color can change due to all sorts of things like heat, and emotions. I would assume she's just stressed. Being moved from one place to another will stress them. Give her a day or two to settle in than check her over again. I don't see anything that looks bad.

I generally go by their behaviors. A healthy bird eats drinks and enjoys scratching about. A sick bird is quite, and doesn't participate in normal chicken activities, or it just pretends to participate.
