Pale vent?

One of my little EE chicks has a very very pale vent... What should I do?

How old is the chick? And is this color a sudden change?

now one of their butts is (this is the best way I can describe it) pulsating. Like the muscles around it are. My dad thinks it's part of the movement of breathing for her. She's eating (I think drinking) and fairly active, but also sleeping. Wait! I'm not sure if she's still doing it....

they're so stressful because they made me love them!! Anyway they're 6 days old, I've already lost one, and I'd like to know what I should do if one does get sick. It sounds like there not much that can be done, but I want to make sure
