Pale waddle and comb

New to chicks so forgive my ignorance.

I have some gold sex links and one of the 3 has a pale waddle and comb. I know, i should provide some pics and i will if necessary.

So what causes this?

Inspect her closely for lice or mites, especially on her rear end.
