I live in Canada and these past days have been very cold. I was wondering if Giselle (my bantam Tournaisis - its a Belgian breed) was sick. Her poop is normal and I checked for mites/flees but haven't seen anything. Your thoughts? First picture was last Summer and the other ones are from today.

I have a SWL who’s comb and waddle change with her emotional state of mind. :lau
Seriously she throws temper tantrums and it goes pale. Also coming into lay she really had swings in the color of her comb. Only one I’ve ever had do this!
Is your girl a sensitive flower?
A BRAT!! .... okay really mine was just fine.
Kinda threw me for a
Loop when I first saw it. I kept an eye on her. She was otherwise perfectly healthy.
Best wishes

Her comb looks exactly like most of my girls combs, dry and little paler than normal. It been single digits here at night and twenties during the day.
The colder the air, the dryer the air. It wouldn't hurt to rub a bit of coconut oil onto her comb and wattles. I need to do the same.

Ok thank you everybody, they eat normal feed and I give them dry oatmeal once in a while. They are ornemental breeds so they do not lay any eggs at this time of year but I don't mind! Here are a few more pictures of my crew!
