Pallet Goat Run In

I have a budget of $100 for a goat run in. I know a guy who gives away hundreds of pallets. Has anybody made a goat run in out of pallets? And I know this defeats the purpose of run in, but I'm going to add hinges and a lock, because I don't want the goats waking up at 5 am and eating what I don't want them to eat. Is this fine? I'll have the door open during the day. Should I have stall dividers for two goats? I'm planning for it to be 7x5 ft, so it would be 16 1/2 square feet per goat. Any other ideas? I'll be using sand as the bedding

I made very one with pallets and put a metal roof on it. 8 x 8 houses 8-10 goats no problem. I don't think you'll want a divider.
