Regarding the question if you can have chickens in Palm Bay, FL.
I found out just yesterday that now you can have up to 4 (evidently the ordinance was changed recently), but you have to
get a permit.

You will have to put a high fency around them down there. You surely know that chickens are alligators favorite meals??

We chickens are allowed. You can have up to 4 hens no rosters. We have 4, year old hens and get 3-4 eggs/day.

Hi Connie Jo,

This is Diane, I too live in Palm Bay. I personally spoke to the "code enforcement" on Thurs Aug12, 2013. I was told that we are NOW just recently passed allowed 4 HENS per house. NO ROOSTERS....I was also told that kemps in palm bay sells chicks, chickens. Good luck,
