Pamper on Duck ?

Can I put pampers on my male ducks to stop over mating? Would that work? My male duck is jumping on a chicken. A homemade pamper kind of like the ones they put on the chickens lol.

Separating them from the females would be far easier and more effective.

I would be pretty concerned that they would pick at it and eat things which could potentially be very harmful. The little crystals in pampers absorb water and get really big - you wouldn't want them to ingest that or the plastic. Plus he would hate it.

Well I meant a homemade Pamper like just of one material. Lol

duck diapers need to be made specifically for ducks and changed every couple of hours

I don't have experience with chickens but I've read on this forum from others that males can do damage when mating with chickens because their parts so different. Considering how much drakes want to mate you may need to get rehome him if you can't move him.
