I'm back. Today I had to disentangle a pullet from string that had hobbled both her feet. Then at roost time I put Pick-No-More on my tail-less Brahman rooster. We had a few old hens that liked to peck one another; fortunately, my new flock does not to each other, but because he has flesh showing, they pick out his new tail feathers every time he starts to grow them back. Maybe I can thwart that.
