Pamphlet/Brochure to print?

Hey there, backyard chickens aren't allowed in my area (though they are in the swankier town next to us?). I'm looking for a ready made brochure/pamphlet/informational flier to hand out to neighbors and present at a city council meeting. Hopefully it would address the main concerns regarding chickens in the city limits and why chickens would be beneficial to the city.
Anyone have something like this or able to point me in the general direction of something? I have all the info. I'm just not that great at designing.

I, myself, would not know how to attack such a battle, but I am good at writting letters in our local papers, in such a way to get my point across and make people understand me. I also make sure that when I want something, on a parish level ( I live in Louisiana ) that I have a conversation with my council member. Then I can make arrangements to be on the agenda for the next meeting.
I have spoken once at our parish council meeting for another matter.......fortunately I am allowed to have animals. We went in with a lot of support......you know; mob-rule. If you have the right contacts and you do that in order, you might be lucky enough to get someone with the local paper do an interview with you afterwards.
If I were to do what I have suggested, I would write my letter and in closing, I would ask anyone in town who thinks he/she would be interested in raising chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, quails or doves, to contact me and also to tell likeminded friends/family to do the same. Then you will have your support.......possibly names for a petition to submit to the council. Even if it isn't an official petition, you can just submit a list of names and address of people who have expressed to you that they would like to be able to have such and such an animal on their property, but are unable to do so. If you come up with 103 families and can wave a paper in front of their faces, but in a professional way and respectfully request farm animals be allowed if the owners comply with fences and proper housing.
It could be that you are not allowed because of wandering animals in the past. Also with regards to roosters; some don't like the crowing. You can point out that with a limit on roosters and a dark coop, the noise can be kept to a minimum.
You might want to research the reason for the law.
I understand the brochure idea, but my way might take it a few steps more. Anyway, goodluck with whatever you do.
