Hi there

As I said in my PM to you I would use either Chloramphenicol Eye Drops or Ointment. Apply to the affected eye twice daily when she goes out and comes in. Maintain this treatment for 5 consecutive days to ensure the infection is fully resolved.

I think your main problem is getting in the USA as Im uncertain what its called there. I'm sure a Pharmacit or Optician could advise you. However it may be called Chlorsig Eye Drops in the USA.

If it's an eye injury then Terramycin is one of the best eye ointments to treat. Rinse with saline first to make sure there is nothing like dust etc before using the Terramycin.
