I have one chick out, and one chick with half the shell stuck to its back still, but almost out. The first one is about 24 hours old. It keeps walking around with its mouth open. Is this normal? Is it too hot? my temps keep going all over the place.

Sounds like it's too hot. I turn the temp down to 95 once I have hatched babies in the bator
