Panting hen with yellow diarrhea

I have a 5 month old Cuckoo Maran, named Flo, who's been panting for the last four/five days and has diarrhea. She just laid her first egg four days ago, it had a good shell, though a little misshapen and about half the size of normal eggs. She laid another egg yesterday which was very well shelled, small again, normal shaped, but with a little bit of poop on it.
The last few days were pretty warm (75-80), but the last two have been only in the low 70s, and she's still panting. None of the other girls, not my Favorelle or Brahama, even my solid black hen, are acting like it's hot. It's only 73 right now and she's in the shade (misted down, just to help out), wings out and mouth open, eyes a little tired looking. Sometimes her tail is down but I've only noticed her in a Penguin pose once, and she laid an egg about two hours later. The last few days she's spent a lot of time napping with her sister in the shade. She has plenty of fresh water, I put electrolytes in yesterdays water, and there's a low plastic storage container out there with about an inch of water just incase she wants to cool off, since I read that can help. She's been on layer feed because I knew it wasn't long till she laid an egg. There's oyster shells available to supplement too.
Just now I was out there and she had a huge, fairly bright yellow diarrhea. I know they pass softer poops every couple of times but this wasn't the normal brownish color. I'm a little worried about worms. I do have Safe-guard goat wormer if anyone thinks that would be a good idea, as well as Wazine-17. I haven't noticed any lice or mites. I don't want to stress her more if something else is wrong though.
She does eat, drink, in the mornings she seems okay and later in the evening she's pretty alert. I don't know if this is the stress of being a new layer or not. My gut says something's a little off. I've put apple cider vinegar in their water regularly for months and I did check her crop, it's okay. (She gets on my shoulder every night too, squawks in my face, her breath doesn't smell scary.) At first I thought maybe she felt uncomfortable because she could feel her first egg developing and a warm bath definitely perked her up. My other big fear is her laying internally. There's nothing mucusy or gross around her vent, it's clean, despite the diarrhea.
I took my Brahama to the vet about a month ago because I thought she was too thin (he said she's in great laying shape, just to cut all the scraps because it taxes their digestive system and thins out the nutrients in their food) and he said that pretty much all chickens are exposed to meriks. So this ties in with my worry about her laying internally. It's essentially impossible to not have them exposed, even if they're vaccinated, because unless they get vaccinated in a controlled environment within minutes of hatching, they're gonna test positive for it.
SO i'm not quite sure what to make of this stuff and what to do with it. I'm keeping an eye on her. I'd quarantine her but it's cooler in the shade than in the garage and there aren't dogs out there. Plus her and her sister are pretty much inseparable.

I'll do that, thankyou! The avian vet here is really good, just really busy, I think I might get an appointment just incase.

How lucky you are......definitely make an appointment.
Might want to isolate her so you can collect a 'clean' fecal sample to take in.

My isolation notes:
I'd isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Okay, that's a really good idea, keeping her quarantined within the run. I have a decent sized pen I can use, and an old dog crate tray, so I'll rig something in the meantime till I can get something better.
Luckily she squats reliably when I go to inspect her so I'm going to go check her abdomen and compare to one of the girls who's layed today.

So I've kept her separated, still haven't managed to get a vet appointment, not till Monday. I've been checking her crop; she's eating, drinking fine, it's emptying just fine. She's stopped panting and her poop is normal again. I did give her another warm bath because I felt an egg. Today I let her out, and she went right up into the nest and passed two small eggs. (They're both about half the size of a normal egg.) There was a little bit of watery blood on them. Her vent seems okay. I'm not sure if it's normal for there to be a little bit of that considering it was two eggs. She only took about ten minutes from starting to lay them. Her color is good. I gave her some grubbs for all her effort.
On a side note, she was throwing some dropped feathers and shavings on her back while in the box. I read somewhere that that's her trying to hide/broody behavior. My Brahma's kind of a jerk, I hope she wasn't trying to hide from her.

Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures of her eggs. (About a 4 on the Maran egg chart I found, though.) Yesterday she laid an egg similar in size to the others but a good one. But the day before she laid a huge egg (bigger than the other girls) with double yolks. Poor girl was absolutely freaking out for a few hours, and it was in the high 80s so she ran herself ragged. My two big hens wouldn't let her in the box either. I gave her about half a cc of nutri drench after the big egg and it did seem to give her a boost. She actually likes it, I was surprised. But I'm noticing that she seems to get herself really stressed before laying, is that something that will pass as she gets used to it?
Apparently she's okay in the vets opinion. She could stand to put on a little more weight because my Brahma chases her off the food, but I do put out food in two spots because of that, now I'm going to give her extra moistened food in the afternoon.

Did vet do a fecal float to check for any worm load?
Is yellow diarrhea gone?

She may very well be stressed due to being a new layer and due to being bullied away from nests.

Knowing more about your....
-your flock size(numbers, ages, genders),
-your coop(size in feet by feet with pics),
....might offer clues to if there is a solvable problem.
