panting

my chicken is panting when it is some what cold out side. could some one help!

Is she laying down, standing up? Is she puffy? Does it seem like she is bearing down trying to lay an egg?

How long has she been panting and where is she? In the coop, in a nest box, outside and if outside, where outside?
