I was wondering if such a thing as papered chickens exist? Someone at a bird show let me in on someone else saying their chickens had papers.. Sounded kind of odd to me. I'm sure if chickens could be registered with an association I may have heard of it before now? Or am I just the last one to find things out? Hehe.

Thanks guys,
Brittany

There are no registry of any kind that has pedigreed chickens however you still can do it yourself with your own flock for kicks. Nothing wrong with it and I am sure most of us like to see the parents and grandparents and where and which breeder they came out of.

NPIP papered birds are more common, most of the time I get them from hatching eggs or started chicks, or chicks.

Hehe, Okies! Thanks guys.

I didn't think there was and thats been bugging me since Saturday.
