Parakeet eggs!!! Here we go yet AGAIN! :D

Here we go again! Guess what we found in the parakeet nest box; 4 eggs from Carla, the yellow parakeet who tried to hatch some eggs out a month or so again!

She must really want to have her own baby parakeets!

And after candling, all 4 of the eggs have lively chicks in them!

Not sure what day they are on...it takes 18 days to hatch, and right now they have veins and embryo is moving around.

Oh how cool. I'm hoping to one day get a cockatiel egg and hatch in out in a bator. I see too many cockatiel babies in the stores that are 'hand raised' that hiss and try to bite to want to spend the money on one of them.

well she will hatch a baby ever other day, so dont be surprize the baby will be 8 days apart in age from first to last.
