Paralyzed chicken with eyes closed

Hey guys, I have 4 chickens, and this morning I found one paralyzed laying on the ground with its head down and eyes closed, and around 20 minutes ago, it passed an egg with some green diarrhea too which may or may not be relevant. I've attached some pictures. What do you guys think it is and what do you guys think I should do?

Two of our chickens woke up like this, they didn't last more than a couple of hours. Did she have any other symptoms? Do you vaccinate regularly? Do wild/regular birds have access to their waterers? She could have caught something from birds...
