So we got some nesting boxes for our pullets who are close to laying, and a couple weeks later I go to clean it out and I find tiny bugs at the bottom of the box. Most of them are tiny, and probably transparent or the same color as the wood. Is there anything I can do about this or do I have to replace all the boxes?

We dont have the dust, but we do have a sprayer version of the same brand, would that work too?

They are either mites or lice.
Permethrin is approved for poultry use, Seven is not.
This product will work to get rid of the bugs.
So will Martin's 10% Permethrin Concentrate which needs to be diluted with water.

What is the brand name you have, exact product and I will look it up and tell you if it is ok to use or not.

The 7 dust I've used is safe for animals and poultry, it's right on the label. Your talking about garden dust
No I'm talking about Sevin Dust...it used to be approved, you may have an OLD package of it.

Eta....Many still use it in Canada.
