Does my chicken have parasites(mites/lice)

I’m somewhat new to owning chickens and this is the only one out of 10 that is experiencing any type of feather loss.

How do I fix whatever is going on with her?

The feathers are growing back in but it does look like there's some breakage going on there.
Can you pay pictures of your entire setup?

It looks like somebody may ripping out her feathers. How much space do your birds have? How many birds per square foot? What exactly are you feeding them?
