Parasites, tapeworm

Our livestock dog pop positive for tapeworms, and we want to de-worm everything, I have 11 chickens 3 ee, 6 serama, 1 silkie, 1 Cochin, I am looking at multiple meds from Fenbendazole to all natural options with garlic base, I would like to hear what people do when you more than likely infected

Fenbendazole is only good for round worms.

Chickens tapeworm, & dog tapeworm are different species, so I doubt your birds would get it from your dog.

Garlic would do nothing.

And this is why I ask questions, Google said while less effective it works, and that the all natural stuff is highly recommended, part of why I am concerned with the tapeworms I didn't catch it right away in the dog, tbh never had an infection before, from what I read online their is a risk chickens can eat beetles and other bugs that eat dog poop and pass tapeworms, is that also misinformation? Do they share any worms I should be worried about ? I generally only treat diseases I see, should we deworm yearly, my ladies prior to my move out of town didn't have a lot of exposure to other animals

The type of tapeworm your dog has is from eating an infected flea, ie the host. It's not the same type as chicken tapeworms in which earthworms or insects are the host for tapeworms. Dog tapeworms cannot infect chickens and visa versa.
I've dealt with tapeworm infections in chickens, and once in a dog.
It's easier to deal with tapeworms in dogs than chickens.
