Parasitic Wasps for pest (fly) control??

I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge or experience with the parasitic wasp that helps control pests, like flies..

Properly used they are very effective. It is best if you get them early in the season. Remember they are very susceptible to pesticides. Flies have built up a resistance to pesticides, the predators have not. The predators do not attack the adult flies. They lay their eggs in the fly pupae so they do not hatch out. If you need additional fly control, and you probably won't, use fly traps. As you know, you can buy the predators on line. They come with complete instructions. Hope this helps.

I wasn't going to order them this year, we just moved and I am waiting to see just how much of a problem the flies will be. We didn't have much of a "problem" with them at our old place. I'm hoping we can keep it under control here too. I am researching this *just in case.

I have used them before. My sample size was small, so I can't really say how well they worked, but I seem to recall wanting to give them another shot, but just didn't set aside funds for it.

If I were you, I’d just call a pest control service to get rid of them. Anyway, it would be more effective, I guess. I have a friend who works at https://enviropcs.com.au/, who advised me to do pest cleaning once or twice a year instead of buying wasps. Anyway, it’s up to you. Btw, how’s it going now? I’m curious about it. I’ve seen some videos of wasps attacking the flies, and it actually surprised me. Btw, can these wasps attack you? What to do to prevent it? Keep us updated on your issue. The parasitic wasps do not attack the adult flies per se. They lay eggs in the pupae. Therefore the pupae do not hatch out into flies but instead make more wasps. The wasps will not attack people. They can't. For one thing they are very small, and two I think they are stingless. Wasps that attack adult flies would not be the parasitic wasps sold for fly control
