Hi All,

I'm trying to find a way to import live chickens or fertile eggs to the Philippines to use a my breeders - only quite a few heads at a time. Hoping there are active members whose had a previous experience shipping to my country and found ways to get around all the trouble of paperwork.

Here is a journal by an Aussie Expat who worked in CA (USA) and married in the Philippines and owned a chicken/pig/copra farm there and his adventure bringing chickens from the US to your country. He hasn't been seen here on BYC for quite some time, so you won't reach him here but if you read through the journal, he published his location, contact info, business name etc. Hopefully you'll find some tips/pointers and maybe be able to contact him there.

By the way, pardon my manners... Welcome to BYC. Please browse around and make yourself at home. There are lot of really great folks here. Hope you find it as enjoyable and helpful as I have.
