Park duckling injured

Oh my I hope the other 2 are alright. I wonder if theres something the sanctuary or city can do about the ratio at the park. Can they remove some of the drakes or relocate some females from another place maybe? Otherwise there are going to be a lot more females, lower order drakes and ducklings getting injured

They can't really relocate them because they are invasive domestics so if they take them in it's illegal to release back into the wild. Only way they could be gone is if somebody took them in, but I am already having issues with the county regarding the few ducks I have so I can't take in anymore.
