Parrot beak?

Hey y'all! My little silkie is almost three months old she has a curved parrot like beak, she is resting and her crop gets full but I can see she is having a hard time. Had it filed down but she still struggles. What can I do? If anything.

Trim the top beak. Crest trimming may also be helpful.

Provide a brick and big rocks for the birds to hone their beaks on naturally..
