It is pretty obvious it's a girl since it laid an egg of course. But can it lay any eggs on its own without mating with a male dove?
Because I don't have any male doves

Yes. A male is not needed for any bird to produce eggs.

It's not going to hatch because there was no male to do his part. It's just a egg.
