Partial cloudy eyes?

One of my birds (a Barred Rock) has some cloudiness in both of her eyes, but it isn't contained to the pupil. It's just in the bottom half of her eyes. Other than green, watery diarrhea (she hasn't been eating much), I haven't noticed any other symptoms. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might have caused this?
