I found this in the coop two days ago:

And a similar-looking one today. It's from my EE. What does it mean?

looks like a soft shell without the contents. how is she acting, is she eating, walking around, how old is she, does she lay everyday. you can add some oyster shells to increase her calcium for better shells?

She's walking around, acting completely normal. Eating fine. She will be two years old in June. She usually lays 3-4 times a week.

I figured the first one was just an anomaly, but two days in a row didn't seem right.

She has free access to oyster shell. She also free ranges all day long. I feed them layer crumble.

I wouldn't be so worried but we're leaving town tomorrow and I hate to go not being sure she's okay...

By providing access to oyster and laying mash (and assumedly, fresh water), you have provided her everything she needs.

The soft eggs, though strange and inedible, do not indicate she is in pain or unwell. She just has something off-kilter and hopefully it will fix itself.

You might makes sure that whoever is feeding and watering your birds in your absence knows to remove the soft eggs ASAP so your girls don't develop a taste for eggs!

I do hope she gets back to normal soon!
