Partially ripped off leg horn.

Hi. My silver Dorking has a partially ripped off leg horn (I think that's what it's called). Should we cut it the rest off the way off and clean it? Not sure what's best.

Trying to post a pic, but it hasn't been working.

Nope, not named after spurs.
When you say the word leghorn, it's pronounced as "leggern" in my neck of the woods.
Good luck trimming that spur, it looks painful for your roo.
