Partridge cochin bantam 7 weeks rooster or pullet?

Anyone experienced with this breed want to guess? "She" does not act like a rooster so far.

I was wondering if this is a cross breed? Cochins have very very round tails, even roosters, but if it is Cochin, I'd say roo just because the tail is large. Beautiful either way!
Can you add the age?

7 weeks old, purchased at the feed store, batch of mixed straight run bantams, so we guessed at her breed. So far, if this is a rooster, we got 1 pullet out of 8 chicks purchased!! Not too good. How do you get bantam pullets without raising all of these roosters?

I can try to post a picture of the neck feathers later today. Thanks for your input.
