Partridge cochin rooster?

My sweet Hilary is only 11 weeks old and she (he?!) looks distinctively different from my other chickens... I've got six different breeds (all variations on a theme) except for Hilary. Her comb has been pretty red for a while now, but it's her tail feathers that have me really confused-- all my other chickens (brahma, wyandotte, welsummer, buckeye, sultan) look vaguely similar and pointing UP, no one else has these tail feathers that curl down. I'm hoping it's just something different about cochins...?
