Does anybody know of a hatchery that has quality Partridge Cochins?......Thanks for your advice......

What quality are you looking for? I mean, if you want show quality, you are stuck looking at breeders.
I got mine from Cackle, and they are nice enough but definitely not show quality. Compared to show quality Cochins, they are on the small side. They do have the proper "big ball of fluff" look to them, though, and good color.
