Partridge Penedescencas - gender?

These two are 7 and a half weeks from a straight run of brown egg layer assortment from Meyer's Hatchery. Neither is showing obvious cockerel behavior, but one is a bit larger and slightly larger comb than the other. I have noticed that one of them gets picked on a bit from the dominant ones in the flock. They are hard to get pictures of because they are the most shy out of the 15 that I have.
