As my remaining 7 Partridge have come into their first spring, it has become apparent that I had a terrible gender imbalance - 5 males and only 2 females. So it is time for 3 of these little boys to make that one-way trip to freezer camp.
I've made Partridge once before using a somewhat fancy recipe but would like to see what my fellow BYCers have to say. The birds are 10 month old males. I'm plannin on cooking them Monday night.
