Partridge Silkies- Sex?

I have two 10ish week old silkies. I think one might be a little younger because it still has its baby plumage and is covered in pin feathers. The younger one has "streamers", but I can't tell if they're just the first few adult feathers on its tuft or if they're actually early streamers. They both seem to have similar postures when walking.

A bit young for silkies. They are one of the hardest to sex.

Looks like the first is a pullet, and the second is a cockerel.

It looks like the bottom one is rooster, top one is hen....
Silkies are hard to sex though.
