Pasty butt

I have a hen that is 3 yrs old, noticed a few days ago she had pasty butt pretty bad. I soaked her butt in warm soapy water and cleaned her up really well. I have her in a coop by herself now . Feed and water. I also put electrolytes in her water. She eats well but she walks really odd and humps down toward the ground. What else can I do for her?

I don’t know for sure. My hens have just started laying again, but I don’t know if she is.
