patching egg

I have a ding in the shell of an egg i'm incubating... how do I fix it?

I dont know, as I havent encountered that situation yet, but Ive heard of using wax....I think

. Im sure someone with experience will pop in here and advise....sorry I cant be of more help.

I read to seal it with glue this evening, but I gave up and took them all out. they weren't developing and I smelled rotting egg, so I checked them to see what happened and the roosters apparently had more fun than they were supposed to by making the egg fertil. The last looked like it might have been slightly fertilized. I intend to start another round in it soon.

if it happens again dab a bit of Elmer's craft glue on it
