so i've had my quail for about 3 weeks now, i got them they were 4 weeks (as far as she said 3-4 weeks old).... patiently waiting for my first eggs......

my quail always seem to lay much later than im expecting them too.. it'll be a suprise to you no matter how much your prepared..

I have some birds, young soon to be breeders that I am positive are very close to laying. I find myself checking the nest boxes everyday, not for egg's but for the sign that they have made that tell tail sitting hole in there. Then I will get excited LOL.
