Dylan smiled watching her leave then noticed a girl she was late to class.

"Late! What is your excuse Charlotte?" The teacher demanded.

Charlottes face turned a shade of light pink. She shuffled her feet and finally said." I missed her bus, and ended up walking to school." She lied nervously.
