I just wanted to let everyone know that there are people hacking PayPal passwords.
They can not get to your back acct or credit cards but can change you contact info.
Email, passwords, address , phone numbers, serciutiy questions.
They can wipe out the money you have in pay pal by sending, make payments.
What to look out for!
Emails from PayPal with out your name typed just so.
Never us the links always go to www.paypal.com
Never give you password , SS #, full credit card info.
If you get emails saying you changed your pw or anything look at the date! Where you on PayPal that day? Did you change anything? If not CALL PayPal
Use the extra serciutiy stuff found in the profile area.
That is what saved my money I had in PayPal on 4/20.
That and I knew I had not been on it since the 17th and I keep a close eye on that stuff.
I can say after being on phone with them today they really are great to work with and it pays to be careful.
One other thing I was told report anytime you get email " from PayPal" wanting your personal info like your SS# ,full credit card #'s , passwards.
The last thing is DO NOT use the PayPal passwards for any other sites , be it byc, email or anything like that. They say that is how people's accounts get hacked more times then not.
I hope this helps all my fellow bycers and anyone else out.
Get the word out and stop these people before they can do anything or take what you work so hard for. Check you PayPal accounts and make sure they can not get to your money and live a easy life off your hard earned money!

My Paypal account was hacked a few years ago. The password was changed and so were the security questions. Paypal were very helpful to me in sorting it out. The piece of garbage that did it also hacked my Ebay account and my community forum and got into my email account on the Google server. After reading all of my personal emails, some of which were from webmasters giving me user names and passwords, he went on to move important emails such as one containing an electronic ticket for a flight to the delete box and then hid the delete box.

I made two big changes:

1. When I changed all of my passwords, I made them very strong. This link is helpful:

2. I stopped keeping my emails on Google's server. The download to my computer and I keep them there.

Thank you! Hopefully we can spread the news and it won't happen to anyone else .
Feel free to post anything that will help everyone out that reads this.
Best wishes for everyone!
