Lol. With mobile, I can keep a fairly close eye. Still miss some stuff, but yanno. I'll have to ditch for awhile at some point to get some candles made though. Just about everything else, I can keep mobile around, lol.

For the jams/chutney I have things like - spiced stone fruit butter, smoked peach chutney, sungold salsa, strawberry pinot preserves, plum preserves, peach berry - which is peach/strawberry/josta with lime and a tiny touch of basil (it tastes like summer), strawberry rhubarb, dark fruit compote, heirloom pepper butter, pear butter......
these are all organic from things we grow btw

I'm in the process of getting my NPIP and will then have to fill out the VA paperwork. If you want to claim the eggs and wait it's up to you but I'm definitely getting the cert.
