Oh man, I'm glad I wrote this up -- ACK! -- eight hours ago while I was still awake! Well, I hope you guys will think it worth the wait

Okay, I finally realized that if I'm gonna stand a chance of offering cheesecake as a swap, I needed to provide an example

So for tonight's festivities I made a mini version of what I can offer -- I know, I know, I shoulda made a big one, but guys, it's only me here!

This is my Snickers cheesecake and um, yeah -- it's deadly The version you'd be getting is about 30% larger -- 10" across and about an inch taller, and will serve 14 comfortably, although I won't promise leftovers!

My phone camera is the pits! But hopefully these photos will tempt you anyway

It's a creamy NY-style cheesecake with a nice "crumb" to it, a graham-cracker-on-a-chocolate-binge crust, snickers chunks on the bottom and a caramel swirl. With, of course, toppings!







Or you can have your choice of:

chocolate cappuchino cheesecake
white chocolate raspberry cheesecake
key lime cheesecake.

Delivered by priority mail for the date of your choosing! Earliest available date will be Jan. 25 (unless you're offering pp, lol!)
