I think we had set 3 swaps to be the mark for swapping tonight. But that said we are able to clear people for sidwswaps/personal knowledge of the swapper. I would say we can clear him 3 swaps so he can swap for birdnbeast but the rest have to be cleared as usual. so paypal's can be cleared tonight when sent but eggs will have to have a tracking number.
