What does "swap fault" mean?

That is where the swap is stopped, either to clear up who is up because everyone went crazy and claimed at the same time and no one knows who is really up (I know you guys never do that

), or rules need to be changed, or someone backs out of a claim because of a misunderstanding, over time limit, etc. Whatever the reason, I don't charge the person who is up the time it takes to sort everything out. I had to have a category for the spreadsheet to charge it to, so I just called it a "swap fault".
